I have been working with NorthPoint Christian Counseling since 2016. My passion is to teach people how uniquely they were created using Temperament therapy and to help them discover their “WHY”. Why we act and react to our environment is often a missing link in order for us to begin to accept ourselves, focus on our God given strengths and begin to live a more peaceful life. My goal is always to be humble, honest, and grace-filled as I counsel my clients with the TRUTH and HOPE that is found in the word of God. I desire to help others live the life of purpose that he intends for each of us. As I counsel clients, I lovingly challenge them to make daily decisions that promote a healthy mind, body, and relationship with God. It is an incredible honor and a privilege to be given the opportunity to walk alongside my clients and help them grow a stronger relationship with God as they navigate life in this broken world.
I received my undergraduate degree in social work from St. Cloud State University and will graduate with my Master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University this year. I am a licensed minister of pastoral care and received my ordination from the National Conservative Christian Church.
My experience as a counselor has been in Pre-marital and marriage, addiction, infidelity, grief, depression, anxiety, grief, depression, and anger management. I have worked with clients from the age of 11 up in individual therapy, marital therapy, and family therapy. I also facilitate small groups.
